Using PingWala

By accessing the website or using a PingWala service, you agree to these Terms and any service-specific terms presented to you. If you use PingWala for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

Business messaging responsibility

PingWala may rely on third-party messaging infrastructure and other external providers. Service availability, delivery, platform approval, and functionality can depend on those providers. We do not guarantee delivery, approval, uninterrupted availability, or any particular result.

You must comply with applicable laws and the policies of relevant messaging, WhatsApp, payment, and other platform providers. Provider policy changes may affect how PingWala works.

Acceptable use

• Do not use PingWala for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
• Do not send unsolicited communications or content that violates recipient rights or platform rules.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or misuse another person's account.
• Keep account information secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.

Billing and subscriptions

If paid plans become available, applicable pricing, billing cycles, taxes, usage charges, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase or in an applicable order or service agreement. Until pricing is published, no pricing or subscription commitment is created by using this website.

Intellectual property

PingWala and its materials are owned by or licensed to ALKA K. / PralkaTech. You receive only the rights needed to use the service under these Terms. You retain responsibility for content you provide.

Availability, liability, and termination

The service is provided on an availability basis without guarantees beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, ALKA K. / PralkaTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, policy violations, non-payment where applicable, security concerns, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any applicable order terms.
